以稻壳活性炭(ARC)为载体,通过浸渍化学结合法在稻壳活性炭上生成纳米结构的铅颗粒,经煅烧得到单分散氧化铅掺杂稻壳活性炭(PRC).采用XRD、TEM和氮气吸脱附曲线等方法对上述碳材料进行了表征,结果表明:PRC表面均匀分布有约15nm的氧化铅颗粒,含量为14(m)%.氧化铅掺杂后,ARC的比表面积由988m2/g下降为732m2/g.通过线性扫描伏安法(LSV)和稳态极化曲线Tafel响应线性拟合,PRC的析氢动力学参数a值增大了18%,j0减小了近7倍,抑制析氢效果显著.

Rice husk-based activated carbon doped with lead (PRC) was prepared by combination of impregnation and calcination method.The rice husk activated carbon (ARC) was obtained beforehand through ZnCl2-activation.The porosity of ARC and PRC was characterized by nitrogen adsorption-desorption isotherms at 77K.The monodispersed nano-PbO particles with an average size of 15 nm were identified by XRD and TEM measurements.The amount of lead oxide in PRC surface was approximately 14wt% based on EDS element analysis.It was found that the specific surface area of ARC decreased from 988rn2/g to 732m2/g when it was doped with lead.The behavior of hydrogen evolution in aqueous sulphric acid solution of PRC was studied by the method of linear scanning voltammetry and logarithmic response of steady state polarization curves analysis.The results show that the value "a" in the Tafel equation of PRC electrode corresponding to hydrogen evolution increased by 18% and the value of exchange current density "j0" decreased by 7 times.It is testified that the effect of hydrogen evolution inhibition of PRC is significant.
